"Loved the service - brilliant as always. 2 little things: Please more gravel on driveway: clean dogs on muddy car park - shame. [It's something we're aware of and have tried many times to cure - over 5 tons of new gravel so far but sadly the whole garden centre surface water drains into our car park and in wet weather it's a constant battle. We have just put another ton down and I think that's finally cured it.] And 2: please don't interrupt talking to me to answer the phone - not very professional  [Sorry, seems like we handled that wrongly. We try to answer the phone quickly as good service to customers - so many shops we've been into just ignore the phone and you hear it just ringing and ringing. We should have just got a number and rung them back or left the answerphone to pick up a message].

So we decided to get him professionally clipped as we thought we could probably not do him justice ourselves. We brought him to you on a recommendation by a neighbour and we're glad that we did! Everyone was so kind and caring and listened to us patiently. When we collected T we were gobsmacked! We were amazed how brilliant he looked, so smart and tidy.
